After I ran and saw the humans being cornered, Grand immediately asked for my permission to release my aura in an attempt to halt the Goblins from attacking the humans.
"Sure." I said.
[Notice: The dragon's aura has been unleashed.]
An ominous and deadly aura filled with malicious killing intent seeped out of my body as it began spreading throughout the area, engulfing the entire place within a fifteen-meter radius.
The goblins that were about to strike instantly halted their actions and gulped, slowly glancing towards me as I casually walked in their direction.
In that instance, after they saw my existence, the goblins hurriedly ran like animals being chased by some predator.
But because they were monsters, I can't let them off easily.
"Morph Gun." I uttered while a glowing light appeared before me as I thought of a gun suitable for the situation.
The light grew brighter, initially forming a large translucent gatling gun.
"This morph gun is truly outstanding." I spoke excitingly, holding the gatling gun in my hands, and immediately fired towards the running Goblins.
Without displaying any loud sounds, the gatling gun I held fired continuously. Bullets condensed in fire magic struck the running goblins.
With that, a massacre occurred one sidedly.
[Notice: 72 Goblins have been eliminated.]
[No Experience points have been gained.]
Just as the gatling gun in my hand disappeared, I took a glance at the five humans beyond me. Only to see their horrified expressions, telling me not to come any closer.
"Why do they all look like that?" I asked Grand through thought communication.
[Answer: It is because of the Dragon's aura being unleashed.]
"Well you should have canceled it immediately. Look at their faces; they looked like they were about to cry at any moment now."
"Waaaah!" A loud outburst came from Rosalie, who could not stand the sight of Heinz.
"Cancel it immediately!"
[By your command.]
[Dragon's Aura has been canceled.]
The thick and suffocating aura that covered the place began to return to my body as it seeped through my bare skin.
The five humans, who had a really terrified look on their faces, began inhaling as the atmosphere became breathable.
But seeing their faces, I doubted that if I were to go closer towards them, they'd instantly run like the Goblins.
Rosalie's voice kept getting louder as she continued on crying while Lucas, who took glances at me and comforted Rosalie, tried to shut her up in hopes of not getting me angry, I guess.
But still, would they be able to understand me if I used the English language?" I wondered.
[Answer: Despite what language you choose to use, It will instantly be converted to this World's language, Abrion.]
"I see, that's good to hear." I said, feeling thankful that I have Grand here to help me in such cases I don't know of.
Since I wasn't able to really confirm it back when I was at the floating islands. I was using telepathy when communicating with the obsidian dragons, but when I got angry at Teranium, I shouted my thoughts, and he seemed to have understood them. I guess the previous language I used back on earth was truly converted into this world's language.
Arthur, who coughed and somewhat turned composed in an instant, stood up and bowed towards me.
"My name is Arthur, and I thank you on behalf of my party for saving our lives." he said, lowering his head slightly while his right hand was placed on his chest.
Rin, who constantly trembled, felt the need to do so too and thanked me and bowed despite the situation she was in.
Lucas bowed at me and continued comforting Rosalie, who still kept on crying despite the situation being resolved.
Tate, who looked like a ninja, nodded at me while gazing beneath my feet.
I guess he still can't look me in the eyes." I mumbled in my head.
But the fact that I could understand their language made me feel relieved, even if it sounded more like a Russian language to me. I could still understand it.
"Don't worry about it." I said, flinging my hand at them while I acted humble.
But the fact that their eyes wavered and their bodies flinched after seeing my response and humble action made me suddenly feel a bit uneasy.

"Will you shut your mouth, Rosalie? Everything's been resolved thanks to that guy!" Lucas yelled angrily, looking totally annoyed by Rosalie's tantrum.
"But his eyes!" yelled Rosalie, who cried nonstop.
"My eyes?" I mumbled.
"Sssshhh! Ignore her rude behavior, our savior!" Lucas said while he and Tate were completely covering her mouth.

This feels like I'm really in a game looking at their status. I'm slowly forgetting that I'm a soldier, not a gamer." I mumbled in my head.
"I see." I said, wearing a bright smile on my face.
But given that they instantly flinched again, I'm guessing I don't look like a nice guy to them.
My eyes are truly terrifying; even I, who have them, felt shocked the first time I saw these scary-looking eyes. These eyes somehow reminded me of obsidian dragons.
Oh, I almost forgot. I should ask them if there are any nearby places to settle.
"Um, are there any nearby places around here?"
Rin and Arthur glanced at each other as if they were communicating with each other through thought.
"You do it." said Rin, through telepathy magic.
"No, you do it." replied Arthur, through telepathy magic.
Arthur, who had no choice after seeing Rin's captivating expression, instantly stood up.
"There is a nearby village around here, Kind Sir. But..."
He stopped?" I wondered.
[It seems that Subject: Arthur is trying to ask for your intentions on searching for nearby places.]
"Oh, the fact that I could be a possible threat to them. I see, even if I saved their lives, he still thought about precautions for larger casualties. I guess he witnessed my power after annihilating the goblins." I replied, through thought communication.
I coughed and went closer to them while they all lowered their heads, unable to stare me in the eyes.
"I'm a foreigner. And I got transported here in this forest for unknown reasons. I just wanted to look for nearby shelters and eat a decent meal." I said, hoping that my reasons were believable.
But after all, I doubt they would believe me.
"Really?" asked Arthur.
Eh?"
"Are you really a foreigner? What country do you live in? And why did you get teleported in this forest? Did you perhaps encounter a Slavir?" Arthur asked excitedly, as if he entirely believed my story.
And what's with the Slavir?" I wondered.
Seeing that Grand hadn't reacted, I somehow get the feeling that we have no ounce of information about what Arthur was talking about.
Well, now that It has come to this, I don't know what to say. I should tell him that I got amnesia after getting teleported forcefully.
"Well, I don't remember. I think I got amnesia after that sudden teleportation occurred to me."
"Slavirs are known for their magics to be too unfathomable even to the wise ones. Some said that their teleportation magic can cause an individual's memory to be forgotten." Rin said, joining in our conversation.
"Yeah I heard about it too. They say that the Slavirs can cause mental damage to an individual if they use their magic on them." said Arthur, who somehow looked excited about our current topic.
Rosalie, who heard our conversation, instantly stopped crying and stepped in as well.
"I heard that they could also alter someone's memory and completely brainwash them." she said while raising a finger in front of us.
Lucas and Tate were a bit dumbfounded by the situation and decided to be quiet.
Well, given that our conversation stirred like this, it isn't that bad to see their expressions change drastically.
I guess everyone in this world loves magic." I mumbled in my head.
And so, the three of them continued telling me about this so-called Slavir's magic, up to the point that more than an hour had already passed without us knowing.
Chapter End.
