I understood that 'Master' must have sent them to help me in my task. I quickly told them about the 'Master's' plan and also showed them Stefan's photograph.
After listening to me for some time, the leader started discussing the follow-up plan with his gang members. While they were having their discussion, I started to eat the refreshments. By the time I finished my refreshments, they were ready with a full-proof plan.
The leader introduced himself as Daniel. He told me how they will contact a person who will stage an accident for Stefan and the law enforcement wouldn't be able to do anything related to this case.
I felt relieved, as if I have been freed from a heavy responsibility. But, I knew all this was not over yet, it was just that I gained some helpers to search for Stefan.
I added Daniel's contact in my new mobile phone and told him to contact me if there is any change of plan. I also told him not to search for Stefan collectively, but to separate and then, search for him. Furthermore, I warned them not to appear sneaky, as there are guards present outside every building.
I took my leave after giving some more instructions to them. By the time I came out of the alley, it was almost noon. I decided not to eat breakfast and have brunch directly. Using the money thriftily was engraved in my bones. I dare not use the money blatantly anymore. I decided to purchase vegetables, some condiments and cook by myself.
Back then, when I was in the village, I was forced to cook since childhood so my craftsmanship is quite good. I was not able to practice cooking with different types of ingredients because of the poverty. Even if something delicious was purchased, it wasn't my turn to eat it. It was either my elder brother or my younger sister.
Since I have completely left that family now, I don't need to worry about the past.
I walked to the supermarket and purchased vegetables and different kinds of condiments with some meat. After paying, I walked by the same way I came before.
I walked straight to the kitchen after entering my house. I heated the pot and poured some oil in it. While it was getting heated, I started cutting the vegetables. I fried the vegetables at a medium temperature and after some time it was ready to be eaten. I cooked three more side dishes and started eating.
After having my food, I decided to take a nap and then continue searching for Stefan. I went inside my bedroom, closed the curtains, and quickly slipped inside the quilt.
The exhaustion washed over me and I went into a deep sleep. The next moment I opened my eyes, I fumbled in the darkness to search for my smartphone.
I found it near my pillows. I saw that it was already 5:30 pm. I stretched out my hand in a panic to on the lights. After switching the lights on, I found that there was 20 missed calls from Daniel. I called him back and quickly walked towards my balcony so that Daniel can hear the sound of vehicles.
''Hello?''
A rude voice interrupted me, ''Where were you till now? I have been calling you for quite some time now''.
''I was with 'Master' till now. He doesn't allow any disturbances while teaching'' I answered him in a deep voice.
'' I apologize for talking to you like that. So, did he give you any new instructions?'' asked Daniel.
''Not for now. He said we need to wait for an opportunity'' I answered him nimbly.
''I see, then I will not disturb you'', answered Daniel.
''Wait!, at least let me know why you called me, is it something important?'' I asked before the call got cut off.
'' Yes, I have got good and bad news for you. Which one do you want to hear first?'' Daniel asked.
''Tell me the bad news first'' I replied.
''The bad news is that we have encountered a tough nut to crack this time. This is related to the person we are looking for. It seems he is not as simple as he appears to be'' Daniel explained to me.
