Kapitel 92: Hidden Power?
What everybody saw just now was the true power of Daki, the power that she herself didn't know about which was expected due to how her life was, you remember when Alex saved her in the brothel, she seemed had nothing left in life, although she managed to keep her purity which was the only thing left for her.
Alex was like the light in her darkest days, the warm ray that made her feel safe, reassured and secure, she experienced with him everything she didn't experience, he took all her first times, he became everything to her and she wouldn't let anything take him away from her or harm him in the slightest.
But being beaten like that in front him, in front of her warm light and her dear husband, she felt like the worst nightmare ever, the worst thing in life she had ever seen, which made her so angry, very very angry at that, which resulted in her unleashing, unconsciously, her true power and strength.
Alex knew about it actually, and that was because of a tool or an ability he'd created that could tell the hidden power of the person you want.
Then why he thought of making such an ability? Well simply he was bored so he wanted to creat something new, although he could have made a better one like Observation, but he wanted it simple and not contain too much information. But he may do it in the future.
Of course there are other ways to know the one's hidden power by looking at the soul itself, but it needs someone with high manipulation over souls which is something Alex doesn't have yet.
But knowing and making her unleash that power were two different things as he couldn't go and tell her that she had some hidden powers inside her and she should try to unleash it so she could get stronger.
It doesn't work like that, if he tells her, then she won't progress at all, besides her reckless nature and how she is so depending on her strength to go through everything.
So Alex wanted her to fight against an enemy, who had more experience in fighting than her and high instincts, so he choose the Minotaurs, who was the same as her, excelled in strength and stamina.
He wanted her to learn that always, there was a sky above another sky, so she should train and gain more control over her strength that she use rather inappropriately.
And that when that happened, when that Minotaurs hit her hard that she crashed into the wall, her excited and mocking character changed to something so cold and calm.
Although she can't use magic to cast spells, but that's because her body itself is abnormal, she even has some muscles in some areas, Ahem! Let's not talk about it.
Anyway, he knew all of that from the beginning, so he'd created that situation for her to learn as well as to discover her new and hidden power, he didn't have a name for it yet, but he would name it in the future as it was something so dark yet pure, representing her personality so well.
Daki who was engulfed in darkness, looked at how the Minotaurs disappeared with just pointing her finger at him, and didn't feel anything, she didn't feel excited or like she won something, but simply felt...nothing.
Nothing, that's it not bored, but nothing.
Then looking at her hands that were so dark with green hue, she felt familiar, as if it was with her from the beginning and she didn't know about it.
But suddenly, she felt something wrapping itself around her body, it was a pair of arms hugging her and she knew those arms very well from the warmness it emitted.
"You did very well, dear. You can rest now."
Alex whispered to her, making her body fall in his embrace where she hugged him tightly and closed her eyes.
The scene of their husband hugging something dark with glowing green eyes, made Alex's wives feel slightly weird, but they knew that she was one of their sisters, one of the older ones at that, so they didn't find it weird anymore.
Slowly, the darkness began to back away from Daki and went inside her, revealing a stunning woman with a stunning body and very long white hair and a pair of light green eyes with a skin so white link snow.
Although she is a demon, but her skin isn't like one of them.
It could be because she is a variant or something.
Anyway, Daki felt very tired suddenly and wanted to sleep, which was because of the power of darkness that engulfed her, it drained all of her stamina tiring her out.
Alex took her in his arms and went back to his inner dimension and put her in the bedroom where he slept in the palace, then went back again to continue with his wives.
He of course fought with them while using the minimum of his power as he wanted to train his body, not magic, he already had a perfect control over magic, but his body was so weak in his opinion, he needed to train even harder and master different types of martial arts and create his own style that would be his own that make best use of every technique in existence along with creating new spells that could have even more destructive powers than the any other spell.
Humans know no limits in evolution, although he wasn't anymore, but he once was one of them.
But let's be honest, the dungeon is very good, filled with many strong monsters but to Alex this is not enough, this won't make him progress, it may be the case for his wives as they aren't like him, but to him this isn't enough and even if he went to any other world stronger than this one, it wouldn't be enough at all.
So he thought of a project he was working on with his first wife, Vine.
The project was about creating something filled with so many strong monsters, stronger than any monster in any anime world, for him to train there.
Similar to the dungeon, but at the same time different. It would be more like a tower that could create powerful monsters easily.
Vine decided to name it the The Tower of Doom, as it would be filled with creatures no one heard of. Alex used his knowledge about a game in his last life to create these monsters but he added some adjustments to make them so strong that if anyone fought them, they would die in one breath or in an instant.
The creatures were simply undefeatable, which was something Alex wanted so he could train until he defeat them.... probably.
See, as simple as that.
