"Don't forget your lunch!!" Sumire yelled at me with a bright smile while handing me my lunch box as I was putting on my shoe near the door.
"How could I forget the most important thing." I said and returned a cheeky smile.
I took the lunch neatly wrapped from her and landed a small and brief kiss on her lips as a show of my appreciation.
Sumire blushed when I pulled back even though we had done this countless of times. I pat the excited Kurumi as well and told her to behave while I was gone.
"Then I will be going now!!" I said and gave a final wave.
"Stay safe and get home soon." Sumire said with a smile.
Truly it was an amazing feeling. It felt like she was my wife now.
But it was more than that. Imagine a loving wife and a doting mother at the same time, that was what I had. That was Sumire.
Truly no one deserved her. Including me.
I was such a lucky bastard.
With those thoughts I left my house and walked quickly to my school. But as I was on my way, I noticed a certain golden haired girl in the distance.
Marin.
She stood on one corner of the intersecting road, checking herself out in the traffic mirror, fixing her uniform and her hair with great scrutiny.
She seemed to be waiting for something. And I hoped with all my heart that 'something' she was waiting for was me.
The sun was suspended in the sky, it was hot yet not scorching. It's bright light shone with warmth on the world. It's golden glory seemingly competing with Marin's locks of hair.
The bright yellow sun made the sky much more blue than usual, giving off a fresh vibe. A new start.
The winds blew ever so gently, carrying the smell of spring and flowers.
It was a wonderful day. A beautiful morning. One I haven't quite experienced in both my life.
Maybe it really was an exceptional day. Or maybe it was only an illusion of mine.
"Ho!~ Yuito!!" Marin shout out when she saw me, her small smile bloomed into a stunning smile and she waved at me while jumping excitedly.
She seemed to consider staying in her place and waiting for me to arrive but she swiftly changed her mind and came running towards me.
"Good morning Marin." I greeted her as she stopped infront of me. She skipped up and down like a bunny in her place for a few seconds before she leaped into my arms and planted a kiss on my lips.
It might be my imagination but the already beautiful day became even more remarkable.
{Look at this lucky bastard. Getting a kiss from different waifus under the span of 5 minutes. Tch}
She pulled away soon and there was a small blush and a giant pout on her face.
"You didn't reply to my messages. You completely left me hanging Yuito." She said, and distanced herself away from me now that she got her long awaited affection.
"Did I?"
"You did." Her pout grew bigger.
'Unacceptable.' I scolded myself.
"Sorry, I have no excuse for that." I told her, "How can I repent for this great sin of mine?"
Marin's pout vanished and she giggled at my words before she said, "You will have to carry my bag and walk to school with me."
And I did.
We walked to school together. Hand in hand. LIke a couple.
There was no awkward moment as we walked to school and I thank god that we had the same interest.
Though not official, I think we were girlfriend and boyfriend now.

(That's great. You two look good together.) Komi hid her face behind her notebook as she showed me what she had written.
I looked at her, stunned, as I process what I understood from her language.
The skill [Komi's language] was something I used to communicate with Komi without speaking any words.
It was more like I could share her feelings and understood her intent. Therefore it could be said that I could communicate with Komi better than anyone in the world.
I understood her completely where I wouldn't understand others who communicate with me using words alone.
So I was utterly confused with what I was getting from her.
Sadness. Jealously. And great shame.

.
.
Oh god.
What the hell?
I looked at the perfection given form and gaped at her. Loss for words and reaction.
'Does she?' I thought, 'Does she have a crush on me?'
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa!! Wait a fucking minute.
'What's with my crazy luck with girls recently? And why does she have a crush on me?!'
Yes. Marin and I had reached the school and separated before going to our own classes. It was still early in the morning and I had a conversation with Komi where brought up my new development with Marin.
And this was Komi's reaction to our new relationship.
Komi did not express or wrote anything more and decided that she no longer had interest in talking to me.
It got to a point where she excused herself and decided to go out of class.
Everything was a mess in my mind. The beautiful day turned dimmer and complicated as I did not know how to react.

{What? Are we suffering from success already?}
