Kapitel 144: Talk With My Uncle

Before parting ways with Darjan and Eman, the latter stopped me, expressing his incredulity, "Yo, what's up, man? The Hounds Wakey? Are you dumb, Dionis?"

"HAHAAHAHH, You're dumb for not realizing. It's The Hidden World, dumbass!" I retorted, walking away as laughter echoed behind me. 

After the two families each entered their respective cars, I found myself walking back up the hill to my home. A tinge of disappointment lingered as none of the four parents present offered me a ride. Nevertheless, I shrugged it off, saying, "God gave me two legs, so might as well use them."

Upon arriving home, I warmly greeted my parents, partook in dinner, and eventually retreated to the solitude of my room. Seated on my chair, I picked up my phone and dialed the number of my construction-savvy uncle.

"Hello? Is that my little niece! How are you, man!" my uncle enthusiastically answered.
