If Midas were in his real body his heart would have been involuntarily pounding at this eerie scene. What the hell was this thing doing? Was it lunging at him?
Midas did not even overthink about it as he threw a fierce punch sending it flying backwards until it hit the wall, only to bore a hole through it as it continued to fly into the other room of the shed.
And then as it crumpled against the wall, a strange guttural "Gurururu" moan escaped from its twisted form, he stared at it in disbelief, still having his fist outstretched in front of him all the while.
How was it so… weak?
Normally with things tha could affect him, they had to have a certain cultivation and an energy about them that would allow them to project their intentions and partially dominate Midas.
