Kapitel 43: Making Moves

The Clan members woke up early in the morning to prepare for their sixth day in the Trials. That day would be the first day on which they scout people to become their eyes and ears in the Trial.

There was a plan given by Midas to all people in the morning. Recruitment would look at a certain few criteria: Condition, Character/Personality, Skills, Industry/Ambition.

First, "Condition" refers to the Chosen's state of health in both physical and mental capacity. The recruitment would prioritise the destitute and the ones in the worst straits who could still take care of themselves.

Second, "Character/Personality" refers to the Chosen's beliefs and opinions and how they carry themselves when dealing with others. Recruitment would prioritise people of excellent character showing morals and ethics. The Secret would desire people who can get along with others most.
