Natasha Romanoff threw a grenade into an armored vehicle and swiftly took down several enemies with her impressive agility and flexible movements.
"Everyone, this scene is taking too long," Natasha Romanoff spoke while holding a gun. With two shots, she sent bullets into an enemy's body.
"Yeah, I think we've lost our element of surprise," Clint Barton, hiding behind a tree, responded as he readied a cold arrow.
"Wait, doesn't anyone want to respond to Captain's comment about watching our language?" Tony Stark flew through the air, bombarding enemies while teasing.
"I knew..." Steve Rogers, riding his motorcycle, saw an armored vehicle approaching. He squeezed the brakes, effortlessly performing a somersault and throwing the motorcycle at the enemy vehicle, reducing it to wreckage. After landing, he looked somewhat helpless. "I just said it without thinking."
These guys were chatting with each other during the fight, showing just how comfortable and skilled they were.
However, they wouldn't always have such ease. Clint Barton was about to shoot his arrow when suddenly a figure rushed by like a gust of wind, too fast for the eye to follow, and sent Clint Barton flying.
"Didn't expect that move, did you?" Pietro Maximoff, with his golden hair, appeared arrogantly in front of Clint Barton. After uttering those words, he disappeared like a gust of wind.
"That speedster!" Tony Stark, in the answering space, suddenly felt uneasy. Were the speedster and the Scarlet Witch about to make their move?
In the video, Clint Barton's attention was divided when Quicksilver appeared. He failed to notice a gun aimed at him, and with a quick shot, he was hit in the abdomen and fell to the ground.
"Clint!" Natasha Romanoff exclaimed in shock, rushing towards Clint Barton.
Steve Rogers heard Natasha Romanoff's voice and turned to look. At that moment, a gust of wind lifted him up into the air. However, the Captain's combat skills were not to be underestimated. He performed a somersault and landed steadily on the ground.
"We have an enhanced individual on the battlefield!" Steve Rogers looked around but couldn't spot anyone. He quickly informed the others of the situation.
"Is that an enhanced individual?" Tony Stark, watching the video, couldn't help but comment. At this point, he finally understood the true abilities of Quicksilver.
"What do you mean by an enhanced individual?" Thor asked.
"It should be just as the name suggests—a person who has been enhanced," Bruce Banner speculated. "Like Captain, but whereas the Captain's enhancements are all-around, this person's enhancement seems to be focused on speed."
"But his speed enhancement is quite unbelievable," Thor said. "His speed is just too fast..." As he said this, Thor suddenly thought of the Scarlet Witch. "If he's an enhanced individual, could the Scarlet Witch be one too?"
"Thor, I recall you saying that the Scarlet Witch uses magic," Tony Stark, the genius, felt that his thinking was not sufficient. "If the Scarlet Witch is also an enhanced individual, does that mean we can artificially create witches and magic?"
"Perhaps I made a wrong judgment," Thor, uncertain now, said. "The Scarlet Witch's attacks may only resemble magic, but in reality, they are similar to superhuman abilities like running fast."
"It seems we need to find this Strucker as soon as possible," Tony Stark stated. "The Scarlet Witch and the speedster are his people. He should know how they came to be."
While the group was engaged in conversation, the video made progress. Tony Stark, through J.A.R.V.I.S., identified the weak point of the shield. He launched a missile that eliminated the shield and flew into the building halfway up the mountain.
"Where is the enhanced individual?" Thor descended from the sky, wielding his hammer. He slammed the hammer into the ground, accompanied by lightning bolts, and sent several enemies flying.
"He was so fast, I couldn't even see him properly," Steve Rogers jogged over to Thor's side. "We've encountered many new opponents, but I haven't seen anyone like him before."
"Clint is severely injured; we need to retreat," Natasha Romanoff's voice came through.
"I can take Barton to the plane. The faster, the better," Thor said to Steve Rogers. "You and Stark take care of the scepter."
"Understood," Steve Rogers replied.
As they were talking, more enemies with guns and a tank emitting a blue glow approached.
"The enemies are lining up," Thor glanced to the side and swung his hammer.
"Yeah, they seem excited," Steve Rogers held his shield close to his head.
Boom!
Thor slammed his hammer onto the shield, creating a shockwave that swept through, tossing all the enemies into the air. Even the high-tech tank was instantly torn apart.
"The coordination is impressive!" Tony Stark praised in the answering space.
"I didn't expect the hammer and shield to work together like that," Thor said to Steve Rogers. "When we have the opportunity, we should try that coordination shown in the video."
"Good idea," Steve Rogers was eager to try it too. Unfortunately, neither of them had a hammer or a shield with them, so they couldn't experiment right then and there.
"Our battle here is over," in the video, Natasha Romanoff stood in the snowy field, reporting on the situation.
"Go find Banner; it's time to sing the lullaby," Steve Rogers said.
At that moment, the camera finally switched to Bruce Banner, or rather, the Hulk. He was smashing something, and Natasha Romanoff slowly walked up behind him and called out, "Hey, big guy."
The Hulk immediately turned around, looking at Natasha Romanoff.
"The sun is setting," Natasha Romanoff slowly reached out her hand.
To everyone's astonishment, the Hulk also slowly extended his hand and placed the back of his hand in Natasha Romanoff's palm. Natasha Romanoff patted his hand and arm, and then the Hulk ran to the side and grabbed a tree.
Just as Tony Stark was about to make a comment like, "Hulk, you have a beautiful woman right next to you. Are you going to give it a go against the tree?" the Hulk's enormous hand gripping the tree branch visibly shrank, and he slowly transformed from green to Bruce Banner.
The screen went black, and the video ended.
