Kapitel 22: Rogue Break out and End of Riddler
Vishal didn't have to wait longer as a breakout occurred after 6 days. He saw the names that have escaped from the asylum. The rogues who escaped were named in the newspaper. Riddler, Killer Croc, Man Bat, Clayface and Victor Zsasz. The perpetrator of the break out was Bane as mentioned by some of the guys guarding the facility.
"Must be a plan to either lure the bat or the Mystical punisher." thought Vishal as Bane orechestrated the breakout unlike before when the corrupt staff helping the rogues.
"Well, they are going to get a third option which is a very poisonous and lethal option. Hahaha" laughed Vishal maniacally.
System looked at him like a guy with mental illness after hearing the laughter.
"Now,we need to find out where they are holed up. This time I'll only send 500 tracker bugs even though I can handle 2000.
Each of them in groups of four will be sent to East, West, North and South portions of the city.
"I don't understand host. Why did you decrease the number of bugs?"
"Leaving Riddler aside, the other guys are mostly dependent on their powers and strength.
It will not be easy for them to hide in the city because Croc and Man Bat will be found out easily if they try to hide openly in the city.
As for Clayface he can he hide on the walls and no one will even be able to tell he was even there.
As for Riddler and Zsasz they are the ones that can hide from Batman." said Vishal.
"What about Bane, host?" asked system.
"Bane wouldn't do something like this by himself. There is someone behind and based on every dc comic I read or animation I've watched I can tell he doesn't act without someone pulling the strings or there is some profit to him." said Vishal.
"So, will you kill him, host?" asked system.
"Of course but only after learning who is behind him." said Vishal.
"Since they want to lure me out, I'll play with them and uncover the puppet master before killing all of them." with a villanous grin appear on his face.
System knew that he is not playing around this time. Since he decided to take on a new persona and new way of dealing with crime, the system understood that it was a right choice to get bound to him.
There was no hesitation in his face and only the want to take down criminals and villains who are irredeemable. He can also distinguish between people who are irredeemable and redeemable.
All the preparations for these many years trying to change the city from economical, social aspects have mostly bore fruits but with the threat of rogues hanging around even after warning them in the form of Mystical Punisher to fight the crime themselves rather than depending on the capes and cowls have bore results but it is not enough.
"The people's reliance on vigilantes cannot be broken easily. That is the mistake that I made as Mystical Punisher.
I wanted them to fight against crime themselves unitedly where people of not only one city but all over the nation would not only raise their voice but fists not once but always when crime is not brought to justice through the system." said Vishal.
"It's not easy host. The living conditions in other cities aren't as worse as they used to be in Gotham." replied the system.
"Yeah, I forgot to take it into account. Even though there are superpowered villains there and they escape from time to time one can see that it isn't as worse as Gotham." said Vishal.
"Unless I solve the supernatural issues plaguing it the changes will not last even if I go on an hunting spree." said Vishal.
"Yes host. The first task will be given soon but it will only occur after you face the league." said the system.
"Yeah, this breakout is not only decrease the crime because of rogues but also to draw attention from the league. Let's wait until night.
Today I'll not only hunt down the rogues but also beat the shit out of Batman and his bat clan." said Vishal.
He wanted Batman to show that he will never be defeated and would unable to stop him from killing the rogues.
He summoned the bugs and sent them to different parts of the city. It didn't take along as in next 15 minutes, the bugs showed the locations where all of them except Clayface are hiding.
The riddler was hiding in the same place as in Arkham game in Old Gotham. Killer Croc is hiding in the sewers in financial district. Man Bat was hanging in a warehouse in Gotham harbor. Victor Zsasz is captured by GCPD and is being held in a cell for now and they are going to traansport him to Arkham asylum tomorrow.
Vishal was most surprised about Bane because Penguin is talking to him and beside him the head of the yellow lanterns "Sinestro" was present.
The yellow ring blinked and alarmed Sinestro so he had to call the bugs back.
"It's not easy to find Clayface as he can hide by changing into people. Don't know which guy he turned into. But if I cast a spell now it would alert Dr Fate. Since my persona this time is different and my methods are different I can't take that risk but I won't let that guy roam free." said Vishal.
He looked at the status window.

.The system only gave tasks which increased his stats and to increase the level of skills so he did not get skills as rewards.
"System, I want to copy the powers of some of these villains. Would there be any rewards?" asked Vishal.
"No host but there will be increase in stats." said the system.
"Okay, just verifying." said Vishal.
He was not disappointed at all because with the OP skills he has he can kill the villains in 100 ways and the league wouldn't even be able to know but this time he needs to attract attention.
When he looked at the charm stat, his face always twitches. "Sometimes it's disheartening to see yourself as average in looks." said Vishal with a pouting mouth.
He put those thoughts aside after a minute and waited until night.
That night except the four areas under Amarnath corp, the other parts of entire city was feeling the fear due to the calmness because it is a fleeting thing.
A explosion occurred in one of the banks as Riddler and his men entered the Gotham Bank and stole millions holding hostage of a small child and her mother.
On other part of city Killer Croc rampaged and gobbled many innocent people.
Several parts of the city got hit in different ways as they wanted to draw Mystical Punishers attention.
Batman appeared in an office where Man Bat tried to kill a man he had grudge on. Batman fought with his gadgets against Man bat but that guy escaped.
He received comm from Oracle who was shot when Vishal was in Mars by the one and only Joker.
Nightwing, Red Robin and Robin had their hands full with Croc and Riddler.
Riddler started with his riddles to Damien who was impatient and short tempered as he lunged onto Riddler to throw a punch but Riddler used his staff and hit him in his ribs and Damien was sent back but landed on his feet.
Nightwing was facing difficulty with Killer Croc as he was much more savageous than before.
Red Robin was against Bane but was beaten and thrown away causing him to lose consciousness.
When Batman came to aid, he was blown away by a hit as Bane infused the green liquid increasing the muscles.
"I'll break you again, Batman." said Bane.
Batman did not reply and started fighting back.
Riddler tricked Damien and bomb exploded which Damien narrowly avoided giving time for Riddler and his money to escape into one of the opened alleys with money bags.
They saw Damien approaching from behind and took hostage of a lady lost in the alley and one of the lackeys put a knife on her. The lady and her child who were previous hostages were safe after Damien created a distraction for Police to shoot causing Riddler to lose one guy.
Damien gritted his teeth as he could not put hostage in danger. Riddler threw a ball and the gas emitted from it caused Damien to hurt his leg badly while jumping away.
"Please, save me." came the voice from the lady.
"Please."
Damien could not stand up.
Riddler and his goons were laughing.
"The multiple villainies of nature swarm uponman".
A voice came and Riddler was startled as he tried to find the source.
Even Damien tried to find where the voice is using cowl.
"In his fortune with his bloody execution."
A shadow moved suddenly and Riddlers men fired at the movement.
Two daggers get lodged on to a guy who was left to Riddler.
"Come out freak. You're no Batman." said other guy seeing his comrade dead.
"Riddle me this Riddler." came a chuckle.
"Cut off your central part and cut off your top part and place the central part on the top part. What are you?" asked the voice.
Riddler was startled and even Damien did not hear a Riddle like this.
Riddler thought for a minute and finally it struck him but it was too late as several blades got lodged into all of his men.
The lady escaped and a figure slowly approached from the dark.
"You dare make a mockery of my riddles." said Riddler as he aimed his gun but the guy dodged the bullet and appeared in front of him an caught the gun and turned it on Riddler to pull the trigger onto his face.
"Well you really are a "Dickhead". Realizing the answer too late." said Vishal with V's face.
Damien slowly stood up and asked "Who're you?"
"Who is but the form following function of what and what I am is a man in the mask."
"Don't shit with me." said Damien aiming the Batarang.
"I am merely remarking on the paradox of asking a masked man who he is." said Vishal as he liked playing with Damien.
For some reason Vishal never liked Damien at all when he read comic books.
"Stop it. You're a nuisance. You're coming with me." said Damien limping.

Vishal throws a lighter onto the wall and a V appeared. "V for Vigilante." spelled Vishal before throwing a smoke bomb and disappearing.
Damien kept throwing tantrums as the child he is.
