Kapitel 22: Chapter 22: It’s Official

An author's life sure is hard.

Well at the rate things are going, it will be impossible to quit her day job. Aubrey isn't even able to get her work contracted so that dream of a gifted castle is worlds away. It seems like she will really have to work as an accountant after graduation. Aubrey shuddered at the thought of going into public accounting. The work hours are going to be brutal. But the pay will be good and the job will be stable.

'I really want nana to be able to retire.' Aubrey thought with a sigh.

Sitting across from Aubrey, Rhyland immediately noticed the sudden change in the girl's mood.

Rhyland decided to change the topic.

"Oh yeah before I forget, we should change our relationship status on Facebxxk."

Rhyland commented offhandedly and Aubrey gave him a deer in the headlights look. He bit his lip and stifled a laugh. This girl's expressions are a world of its own.
