Kapitel 54: I am Ryomaru Yuki, I Love Rapping!

The moment they saw Iruka, they quickly quieted down, obediently settling in their seats. Ryomaru's gaze swept over the sea of unfamiliar faces, settling on a few that sparked recognition. He remembered them from the park from his last visit.

Iruka cleared his throat, prompting the chatters to subside. "Class, we have a new student today. He's from the Hidden Cloud Village and will be joining us for some time as a part of the exchange program," he began, turning to glance at Ryomaru, who stood near the chalkboard.

The moment Iruka announced that Ryomaru was from the exchange program and had come from the Cloud Village, the room erupted with a flurry of excited whispers. The children seemed to be filled with an intense curiosity about this newcomer who hailed from a different village.

Hinata, a petite girl with lavender eyes and indigo hair, shyly raised her hand. Her soft voice barely audible over the excited chatters. "Sensei, is he... is he here to replace Naruto?"

Iruka offered her a gentle smile, "No, Hinata. Naruto is learning from Killer B in Cloud Village. Ryomaru is here to learn from us, and share his experiences from Cloud Village."

Before Ryomaru could even begin to answer, two girls, Sakura and Ino, bubbled up with another question, their faces alight with excitement. "Do you know Sasuke? He's in Cloud Village too, right?"

A small smile played on his lips as he recognized the name. "Yes, I know Sasuke," he answered.. The confirmation seemed to ignite a spark of excitement in the two girls as they shared a glance.

A boy with plump cheeks and brown spiky hair raised his hand next, "Hey, do you know when Shikamaru will return?" Choji asked.

Ryomaru frowned, "I believe all the exchange students will return to their home villages after the academy ends," he said. He hoped his answer would satisfy the boy, and it seemed to, as Choji nodded and fell back into his seat.

At that point, Iruka, noticing the class growing more animated, decided to intervene. "Quiet down, everyone. Let's give Ryomaru a chance to introduce himself properly," the teacher instructed, his voice firm but gentle.

Ryomaru, standing tall, projected his voice so that everyone could hear him clearly, "My name is Ryomaru Yuki. I've studied for three years in Cloud Village. I'm here to learn from you and also share my experiences."

As Iruka had advised, he proceeded to share more about himself. "I love spending time with my mum," he began, his voice taking on a warm tone, "and with Samui-nee and Mabui-nee, who are like my big sisters. I also enjoy rapping with Uncle B, and playing with Karui, Shiromi, and Tsubaki in Cloud."

A playful grin spread across his face, "But I really dislike those who harm innocent people for their own profit." The room fell into a hush, the students seemingly digesting his words.

The classroom was filled with an odd sort of silence, the air charged with a mixture of respect and curiosity. His classmates exchanged glances, clearly intrigued by this newcomer.

When Ryomaru finished, Iruka clapped his hands together, "Very well said, Ryomaru. We're happy to have you with us. I'm sure you'll find a lot of friends here."

After thanking Iruka and taking his seat next to Hinata, Ryomaru turned to find the girl mumbling a quiet 'welcome'. His lips twitched into a smile, and he thanked her softly, causing a pretty blush to blossom on her cheeks. At the same time, Iruka brought the class to attention.

"Today, we will do the leaf exercise," he announced. This piqued Ryomaru's interest as he sat up straighter in his seat.

"Ah, right," Iruka said, looking at Ryomaru, "You probably have a different chakra control exercise, don't you?"

Ryomaru nodded in response, "We have something called Cloud Shaping for beginners."

As the words left his lips, the room buzzed with excitement. A flurry of questions were thrown his way, the students' eyes shining with anticipation. Ryomaru, taking it all in stride, answered each one as best as he could.

"What's Cloud Shaping?" Ino asked, her green eyes wide with curiosity.

"Well," Ryomaru started, his ice-blue eyes dancing with excitement, "it's an exercise where you infuse your chakra into a cloud and try to shape it into different forms."

Shino, a quiet boy with dark glasses, then raised his hand. "How does that help with chakra control?" he questioned.

Ryomaru pondered on this before replying, "It helps in understanding how to control the amount of chakra released, and how to precisely direct it. The aim is to shape the cloud without dispersing it."

Next, a small girl with bushy brows and bright eyes raised her hand. "Can you show us, Ryomaru?" TenTen asked, her eyes gleaming with interest.

"I'm afraid I can't," he replied, his face apologetic. "We don't have clouds inside the classroom."

A wave of disappointment washed over the room. Yet, before the silence could stretch, Iruka interjected, "Perhaps Ryomaru could demonstrate some time outside? In the meantime, let's continue with our leaf exercise."

There was a chorus of agreement, and Ryomaru felt the tension ease as the class returned to the day's lesson. Although he was in a different village, the eagerness of his classmates to learn made him feel at home.

The leaf exercise was simple yet demanding. The students had to channel their chakra into a leaf to prevent it from falling. It was a delicate balance of control and patience.

Ryomaru watched as Hinata, who sat next to him, concentrated on her leaf. Her eyes were narrowed in focus, a small furrow in her brows. He saw how her leaf trembled, threatening to fall, but she didn't let it.

Noticing his gaze, she blushed and looked away. Ryomaru chuckled softly, finding her shyness endearing. He offered her a reassuring smile, hoping to ease her nerves. It seemed to work, as Hinata took a deep breath and returned her focus to the task at hand.

When it was his turn, Ryomaru performed the leaf exercise with relative ease, his previous training in Cloud Shaping proving useful. His classmates watched him with wide eyes, impressed by his skill. He could see admiration reflected in their faces, and he felt a sense of pride.

"Good job, Ryomaru," Iruka praised, and the class echoed their teacher's approval. The words echoed in his ears, making his heart swell with pride.
