Kapitel 68: Calm before the Storm

The following day, the sun hung high above the sky, and the citizens of the Uceris kingdom were busily moving about.

However....

Today was a bit different. While some moved around in a normal fashion, there were others who did the exact opposite.

Those people in particular were frantically pushing others to the side to pass by and were all headed in the same direction.

Of course, this earned these less polite individuals a few remarks and insults from those they had unceremoniously pushed out of the way.

"Hey! Watch where you're going!"

"Oof! What the hell?!"

"Come on! What the hell's your problem?!"

It was at that moment that the last citizen, who'd spoken and was pushed aside by one of those rushing to get by, grabbed a young man who had some sort of rectangular device hanging around his neck.
