The Fourth Prince's face was burning, but he dared not use his royal identity to press the Marquis of Xuanping. He glanced at the four high-ranking men strewn about the ground and then at Chang Jing with his face full of disdain. Gritting his teeth, he respectfully said, "My men were disrespectful earlier and offended my uncle, I hope you can forgive them."

A seemingly noncommittal sigh followed from within the carriage, before the curtain was lifted.

The Marquis of Xuanping's cold and haughty gaze fell on the Fourth Prince, "Control your dogs or I'll have them killed."

Having said that, he coldly dropped the curtain before the Fourth Prince could respond.

The Fourth Prince clenched his fist and bowed in acknowledgment, "Yes, nephew noted."

"Aren't you leaving yet?" Chang Jing prompted.

The Fourth Prince furrowed his brow and left with his four wounded high-ranking men.

After they have all left, he turned back, casting a resentful glance at the still motionless carriage.
