Now that the Heat Wave was finally over, things began to restart in various parts of the world. 

Of course, while some territories slowly revitalized themselves, there were more that had fallen, especially Terran villages who were completely ill-equipped for such a disaster.

This was most pronounced about a week after the heatwave.
