As Z City is an industrial, economic hub and a center of Duelist activities everything is noisy. However, in the midst of all this, there is one place that can be considered an oasis, a calm and controlled environment to escape the city's mix, and that place is called Kamigami Institute.

Wrapped in a dome that isolates the rest of the city, the Kamigami Institute campus stretches for kilometers. Inside, you can see a very rare blue sky, but it's only a kind of illusion, a very high-quality projection of millions of LED panels that surround the inside of the dome.

In addition to the sunny sky, looking through the car window Kaito is impressed by imposing architectural structures that combine modern and traditional elements, a feature he could only see in movies and never in real life.

Meticulously manicured gardens stretch alongside the main street with a profusion of trees, colorful flowers, and winding stone paths in a way Kaito has never seen in his entire life in Safe Area Z4.
