I guided the fog through my nostrils toward my Dantian, the one I got from Big. T. It was painful, feeling a burning sensation through every part the fog passed through, but once it reached the Dantian, I completely absorbed it, and the pain was no more.

Well, I did the same thing repeatedly, slowly increasing the amount of poisonous Qi that entered my body. I usually cultivate by absorbing the Qi in the atmosphere, the one without a specific element, then convert it to poison for my second Dantian and use it generally for my first one.
