"I don't know," Lauren said as she watched Steffan return to his seat.

"I just feel since Dolly seemed more desperate to have you than any of those ladies, it will be more logical for her to be the one that would want me dead. Besides, Benita never wanted me dead… if we are to go by what she said… she only wanted to scare me off from marrying you."
