Kapitel 63: Casting the line~
Just as Tenshi went back to the ship
A bunch of people with little wings on their backs walked over, looking at the ship with curiosity.
A man with a mohawk and a burnt wing, stepped out with a bazooka looking thing, shouted "Get out of here, Blue Sea people!" the people on the ship were confused.
Tenshi came out of the cafe, looking at the man. It was Wyper. Tenshi looked at him before thinking, Bellamy already stole the gold pillar? He hoped that Bellamy didn't hurt any Skypieans.
The Skypieans looked at Tenshi with bewildered expressions, staring at his huge wings. Wyper frowned, "Who are you?" Tenshi walked down and smiled gently, "Tenshi." he added softly, "Luffy's friend."
The Skypieans perked up and Wyper put the bazooka down, letting out a breath.
Tenshi smiled gently, Luffy's name was super versatile. Fixing conflicts in just an instant! He asked, "So hostile?" Wyper frowned angrily, "A damn Blue Sea dweller stole gold from us just a while ago!" Tenshi thought about it and asked "What did he look like?"
Wyper explained, "Yellow hair, stuck out his tongue a lot… around this tall." Tenshi nodded, "I know that guy. Not a good guy, his Boss is even worse." before asking "Do you need any help?" Wyper shook his head, "No. Everything is fine now."
Just as they were talking, a man landed down near them on a bird.
Tenshi turned and nodded with a smile, "Hello, you must be Ganfall." Ganfall raised a brow and Wyper said "Luffy's friend." Ganfall perked up and smiled as he walked over, "I see! Heso! Welcome to Skypiea, friend of Luffy!"
Tenshi smiled gently, saying "Actually, I came to trade with you all." Ganfall tilted his head as Wyper asked with a frown, "Trade what?" Tenshi waved them over, smiling "Come with me." Ganfall and Pierre followed him on the ship as Wyper hesitated before finally following along.
The rest of the Shandians and Skypieans whispered amongst each other before going on board.
Tenshi pointed at the cafe, smiling gently, "Actually, I own a Cafe that sells coffee and pastries that aren't available in Skypiea! However, they can only be bought… Normally I take Beli, extol is alright, but I'd rather trade with Dials and cloud building materials. Wavers are acceptable as well." he turned to the Sky people, smiling, "I'll be here for a week or so, maybe longer. Feel free to trade freely, there is also many different things from the customers who come and go."
The Sky People looked at the normal customers, who were looking at the Sky people curiously.
Tenshi turned to Ganfall and Wyper, "You two come with me…" as he walked farther on the deck. Ganfall asked curiously "You'll trade goods for Dials?" Tenshi nodded and smiled, "Mhm. Dials, Seastone, Skypiean wares… Only Sky Island exclusive Goods, otherwise Extol and Gold can be used. But for you too, I have real business. Not normal."
Tenshi brought them to the Coffee Plant area as Wyper asked "What sort of Business?" Tenshi waved his finger and smiled, "The variety of Plant Life on Skypiea shouldn't be too big. As I understand it, there is barely any fruits and vegetables like on the Blue Sea." Ganfall nodded, "We only have pumpkins."
Wyper and Tenshi looked at him, he coughed, "I quite like them…" Tenshi laughed softly, retorting "Well, I specifically came to sell you different fruits and vegetables, along with some coffee plants." he pointed at the coffee plants and smiled with a nod, "These are the coffee plants. When you try a coffee later, you will understand what they are for, but essentially, this plant creates the beans for a drink."
He waved his hand and smiled, "However, I have Fruit tree saplings, Vegetable seeds, Nut Trees and Plants, etc." he smiled happily, "I stocked up on a lot of them for this specific journey." Ganfall and Wyper gawked at him.
Tenshi coughed, "Well, let me show you…" they came to a storage area under the deck. Tenshi showed them all the plants he wanted to sell. Ganfall and Wyper were overwhelmed.
Tenshi even had several of each plant's product in front of it, saying with a smile, "Taste them. If there are things you already have here, then it's not necessary… I don't know which ones you have, so I just brought them all."
Ganfall and Wyper tried the products before Wyper asked "What are you looking for?" Tenshi smiled gently, "Special Dials, Normal Dials, All Sorts of Dials… Wavers, Special Ships, Sky Island building materials, Cloud materials, Sky Island exclusive plants, etc. Anything that is of value from Skypiea or exclusively Skypiean. On the Blue Sea, we don't have dials and what not, they are found when they fall from the Sky Islands."
He spread his hands, explaining "Even dials from Sky Islands are extremely valuable on the Blue Sea. Nevermind Cloud Materials, they simply don't exist. All these things I will trade for… Though, I will accept Gold as well… Reluctantly."
Wyper frowned to himself and said "I will talk to the Village chief." Ganfall tilted his head, asking "Can we have some time to think?" Tenshi smiled gently, "Not a problem, take all the time you need. I'll be here for a week or two, maybe less, maybe more… I haven't decided yet."
Wyper and Ganfall nodded as Tenshi brought them to the cafe, smiling "Here is the Coffee I mentioned. I'll give it to you for free today to let you taste. Tomorrow will have to be paid for unfortunately."
Ganfall and Wyper nodded, not having any problem with this.
Tenshi made them coffee as he looked around at the Sky People interacting with normal Blue Sea people.
He waved Iceberg over as he served Wyper and Ganfall.
Iceberg walked over and smiled, "Heso? I believe is the right greeting?" Ganfall smiled, "Heso! I am Ganfall." Iceberg smiled, "Iceberg." Tenshi added, "Ganfall is the God of Skypiea." Iceberg was stunned and Ganfall chuckled, "It's mostly a term… I believe you Blue Sea folk call it 'King'?"
Iceberg understood, "I see!" Tenshi added, "Also this is where Dials come from." Iceberg perked up and asked Ganfall a bunch of questions, bringing him to a table as Wyper sipped the coffee slowly, enjoying it very much.
Tenshi smiled and cleaned up, watching the Skypieans get more familiar with the people in the cafe. There were all sorts of people here… He even saw a table with a Shandian, Water 7 guy, and a woman from Konoha.
He curled his lips, so far so good…
He chuckled inwardly, introducing Sky People to Water7 and Konoha would propagate trade through these 3 places. Not only would Konoha and Water 7 prosper, but it would attract more people to these places which would in turn draw in more customers.
Tenshi's goal was to make Water 7 a massive trading hub as well as a Shipbuilding city.
It was his favorite Island in the entire Manga, mostly because it reminded him of Venice.
Tenshi pushed the Coffee to Wyper and Ganfall to get them interested so he could sell more plants, but also so they would be more willing to trade for other goods. If the Sky People saw both leaders of Shandians and Skypieans coming to this place and buying things, they would be more inclined to give it a try.
Ganfall was the spiritual leader of the entire Sky Island, if it was good enough for him, it would be good enough for everyone.
Tenshi wanted all the dials possible. Not only the basic ones but even the rarer ones that may pop up from times to time. Dials were really the most versatile item in the time series, they could do virtually anything!

What else is there to say!?
If it's good enough for God Usopp, then it was good enough for him!
Not to mention, Tenshi had a lot of work ahead of him. Not only in Skypiea but other places too. Even if he couldn't have all these different races as employees, he could have them as customers!
That was arguably the same thing.
At any rate, this was an investment that had 0 downsides, only massive profits.
Plus, after Tenshi figured out how Dials worked, he could rebuild his coffee machine, incorporating them to make it more efficient. Not to mention, the Cloud Building Materials. They would be a massive hit for Iceberg and Konoha, plus, if all the chairs had these comfortable seats, it would be very inviting.
Other people came for the Gold and missed literally all the best parts of Skypiea! The Cloud materials, the Dials, the Special Skypiea wares… this was like picking a mountain of Gold over a city made of Diamonds.
Illogical!
