Kapitel 57: PART 2

The figure in front of us which was seated stood. he walked smoothly towards us as if he was gliding. I wanted to look at Sam and question her why every vampire we had encountered seemed to not walk properly but despite the silly thought, I couldn't just do that.

My attention was on the intimidating figure in front of us, who claimed to be the vampire lord.

" I see you have managed to defeat most of my men and underlings. It must have been exciting fighting, wasn't it? I can only imagine." the vampire lord said in a manner that showed longing and excitement.

I couldn't understand what was wrong with him.

"I don't see my subordinate. did you defeat him too?" he asked

I wanted to answer but I wasn't even sure how. the being in front of me just didn't make sense. his behavior was like that of a sociopath.

" Well if you don't see him that means he was defeated. do we have to announce it?" Sam bravely answered him back.
