Skalain went back to the Dark Archive.
He went directly to his room and started writing with his pen.
He wrote down everything that happened as he battled against the Giant.
In a sense, this was his first battle using his only summons against some sort of strong enemy.
Of course, he does not consider the mages he fought. Because the nature of it is different.
Skalain considered fighting against human mages harder than fighting against monsters. At least for now.
"Fighting against mages is harder because they are able to think, combine their attacks, and plan further than most monsters."
"Even that giant, who was at the level of three, only had the intelligence of a tennager."
"I presume that until level four or level five, most of the monsters would not have intelligence that rivals that of humans."
Skalain took a deep breath as one of his sentinels came to his room.
"Oh, I did not summon these."
Skalain looked at the Sentinel as he thought.
He closed his eyes for a second, and all existing sentinels vanished. At the outside.
"Booom."
The huge body of the giant fell on some of the skeletons. The skeletons were taking help from the sentinels, and after they vanished, the sudden increase in weight caused some of the skeletons to not be able to handle the weight and be crushed under the weight of the giant.
Level Two Undeads looked at the crushed skeletons and then at the existing alive skeletons.
If one was sure about that, the undead would not feel emotions. It was easy to see that three undead at level two were laughing their asses off.

Skalain remains unknown to the events outside as he started working on his magical understanding.
In the depths of the forest, three humanoid creatures similar to Giant that Skalain has killed are talking. In the middle of their camp, there was a huge bonfire, and on top of it, there was a creature being cooked.
The creature looked similar to one of the deer, but it was huge—more than four meters in size.
If it were meant for humans, it would feed more than fifteen people with ease, even twenty.
"Brother Langar did not come back."
One of the young-looking giants spoke as it looked at the meat being cooked.
"Langar is smart. Langar will find a way to come back.
The giant in the middle spoke. Its words were simple but easy to understand.
"What if Langar is hurt?"
The oldest giant spoke as he looked at the two other giants. He seemed far more knowledgeable than other giants. His eyes revealed deep wisdom.
It seems like being older makes him more experienced and maybe more powerful.
The words of the older Giant caused some silence before the Giant in the middle spoke again.
"Langar is smart and strong. He will find a way to come back to his brothers."
After the words of the Giant in the middle, there were no more words from the giants. They all focused on the meat that was cooked and started eating it directly without caring about the huge fire.
Despite their intelligence, it is clear as day that they were still creatures and not humans in the end.
They were wild and uncivilized. It is only to be expected that they have some sort of different kind of behavior when compared to humans.

Three days passed in a flash. The body of the giant was put in the middle of one of the big hallways of the Dark Archive Temple, and Skalain was inspecting it as he was thinking about what he should do with the body of the Giant.
The answer seemed easy to find when he thought about it, but he was not sure.
