Kapitel 2: Ghost

It was safe to say that Anderson was a genius of the highest caliber. An unpolished jade, as Silver liked to call him.

His arcana was a rare green coloured one, and even without the speed, the increased brain capacity and fast thinking made this arcana worthwhile. Although his iq was not even near to the Godlike figure in front of him.

Silver turned around and continued his programming, as Anderson looked at him with a gentle gaze. Silver although young, was like a father to him. Silver had found him when he was about 3 years old and had taken care of him like a father would. Silver had made sure that he would never lack anything, even going as far as to secure a scholarship at one of the most prestigious arcana schools in the nation by participating in a scientific competition where he almost lost his life. To him, Silver was a God and although Silver wasn't strong enough, he wanted to become strong to protect him and shield him just like Silver had done for him.

" Anyway, our computer engineering teacher gave us this assignment. Kindly have a look at it for me." Anderson spoke as he gently placed his homework book on Silvers keyboard.

" What is it about?" He examines a set of codes on the computer screen as he asked. " Well, it's a project work. But you know, those rich kids don't want to be in a group with me, so I'm in a group by myself." He rubbed his head as he smiled.

" Sigh. Why didn't you join the others then?" Silver smacked his head with the book. " Well they had already formed their groups. Besides why would I need to be in a group with a bunch of idiots when the greatest mind in the cosmos is my brother. Hahaha take that suckers. " Anderson laughed comically which caused Silver to roll his eyes.

" Fine. I'll have a look at it. But go and get me two big burgers, a pizza and some drinks." Silver waved his hand dismissively as he turned back to his computer. America although evolved had not forgotten their traditions. At least the food had not evolved as well. This was one of the things Silver was actually grateful for.

Having such an abnormal body, he had a really huge appetite. No it was monstrous. He speculated that since he didn't have mana as an energy source, his body converted food to energy for his immensely intelligent brain and his eyes, hence his appetite.

Although his appetite was monstrous, it had little to no effect on his figure. In the early stages of his life, he was left abandoned by his parents or something like that. He had no memories of his childhood and up to now, he only had flashes of his childhood memories. He had to beg for food when he was a child and do other disgusting things. However after discovering his talents, everything changed. He became a bonafide engineer as well as a secret hacker with an alias know as Ghost.

One of the most notorious hackers in the history of America. Yes, Silver was in fact a wanted criminal. He didn't really hack to steal for himself, on the contrary, he created an app that allowed people to message him whenever and after completing tasks, he received rewards.

His identity was still unknown as no one would actually perceive a simple 14 year old who looked like he was on his deathbed to be a notorious hacker, even Anderson didn't know he was Ghost.

" Sure thing brother..... wait.. can I get some food as well?" Anderson asked as he stretched his legs. " Sure thing. Use the blue credit card." Silver threw a blue card to him to which he caught gracefully.

" See you in a sec." Lightning crackled all over Anderson's body, before he vanished in a sec. " Boom!" Silver could hear a sonic boom in the distance which caused him to smile. " It's hard not to show off when you have achieved Mach speed at 11 years old." Silver chuckled and examined the homework.

" Hmmm, an assignment to hack into the servers of the Mars Revolutionary Company using the schools hacking app?" Silver hummed as he looked through the assignment.

" Wait! " Suddenly realization hit him. He immediately opened his app on the computer system and went to the emails. Clicking on the first email, he saw an assignment, " A softcopy prototype of Mars Revolutionary Company's new rocket, Fx-33. Reward 20 million ." Silver's eyes immediately widened at the rewards.

He immediately researched on the company and his eyes widened " Mars Revolutionary Company, one of the biggest Companies in the world. Dealers in rockets, electric Cars and Jets. The first company to have its rocket step on Mars."

" Looks like a bit of a challenge." Silver adjusted his glasses. " Normally hacking such big companies wasn't a problem for him. The problem was covering your tracks after the hack.

" Well, assignment taken." He tapped on the email before a pop up appeared and he clicked the Accept button.

" I've been a vacation for far too long. It's time for the Ghost to go to work." He laughed and opened a secret app on his computer system. Typing the keywords of Mars Revolutionary Company, he immediately got access to the company's codes and database.

No he just needed to hack those codes to gain entry into the database and voila everything is over. Gently stretching himself a bit, he began to type. His fingers trailed across the keyboard with unending speed and accuracy, as he fired multiple codes on the computer.

..........

" Sir, we have good news." In a well decorated office within a certain large company, a handsome middle aged man sat with a large cigar in his mouth.

Suddenly the door to his office opened and his secretary came running with a happy face. " What is it Barnes?" He asked as he puffing out smoke.

" Sir we've finally received a reply from the Ghost. He accepted the mission." The Secretary smiles and handed over a hard copy of the email to him.

" Hehehe, wire him half of the money. And once we have the prototype of the FX-33, wire him the rest." The middle aged man smiled and waved his hand dismissively at his secretary.

......

Mars Revolutionary Company HQ...

" Sir, an unknown sever has breached into our database." Within a large office filled with people in suits wearing headphones on their heads and sitting behind large computers, a black man spoke to a man behind a large desk with lots of papers on it. " Relax, agent Rumlow, it's the Arcanist School of America. Remember? Their computer Engineering students have a project work to try to hack into the non functional company server." The dark haired man behind the desk filled with papers spoke.

" Uuhhh Sir, I'm pretty sure we gave every student a unique ID that our database can identify.. This is different. Someone's hacking into the Company's main server!!!" Exclaiming in shock, the entire team of men and women in suits began to work. There was nothing they could do as the hacker had already infiltrated their database without their notice. At least they could strengthen the security behind some of the important files on the database and try to track the ID of the hacker.

" Fuck!!! Who dares to hack into the Company's servers?!!" The dark haired man stood abruptly, pushed one of the workers away and began coding on his computer.

" Sir, if I'm correct, then the one behind all this is the one they call Ghost." Agent Rumlow spoke with a sigh. " What the fuck are you doing Rumlow, track the bloody ID . " The dark haired man reverted to a British accent as he cursed vehemently.

" Sir, the damage is done." Agent Rumlow sighed as bowed his head. The ID of the hacker was gone without a trace. They couldn't even trace it, vanished into thin air. They had lost.

" Fuck!!!" The dark haired man smashed the headset into the monitor as he roared in anger. " Make a fucking report on what exactly was stolen and submit it to me in an hour!!" The man dejectedly said as he walked to his desk and sat.

........

" Yes!!!" Silver laughed and opened his arms smugly. " Now to decode the files." He had already gotten the files though they were in an encoded form and he needed to decode it.

He turned on his mobile device only to see 10 million wired to his account.

" Nice." He nodded his head and smiled. He loved doing business with sharp people. After a few minutes, he had decoded the entire prototype and he forwarded it via email to the receiver.

" Beep!" A few seconds later, a beeping sound was heard, before he saw another 10 million wired to his account.

" Whoooo I'm back!" A gentle wind blew before he looked up to see Anderson holding unto several bags filled with food.

" Here." He threw a drive to him that contained a small information on Mars Revolutionary Company's database. Nothing too suspicious. After which he grabbed unto a large burger and took large bites.

" Sometimes I wonder why you don't want to join any Arcanist Institution. Your intelligence alone is an arcana." Anderson spoke with a slight smile.

" Enough with the boot licking young man. Focus on your meal." Silver smiled and ruffled his hair before walking to his own room
