IN THE CLUB

"Jack! You know George didn't mean any harm and we all know that George doesn't sleep with animals or does he?" Ben turned to look at George suspiciously.

"No! I don't have sex with animals you fool. I only do it with humans thank you very much." George growled as he dusted off his shirt to remove the invisible dust on his clothes, but in fact; he was trying to hide the tint of blush that was on his face, his friends would have noticed it if not for the lack of bright light in the bar.

"Instead of you picking up a fight with George, can't you find a solution?" Alan said suddenly, Jack raised his eyebrow; signaling Alan to say what he meant.

"I mean you don't need a real girlfriend, who cares? Just find a random girl; she will pretend to be your girlfriend, you pay her for the duration of the time and after that, you both go your separate ways. No need to sweat bro."

"This is what you should have thought of before blowing off at us, a simple problem that needs a simple solution." George finger-quoted "The almighty Jack Haden couldn't even think of a simple solution but comes here crying like a baby."

"Shut up George that's okay, the man is under pressure right now and the last thing he needs is your mouth." Ben gently spoke to him because he knew George was annoyed.

"I'm sorry man, I shouldn't have shouted at you like that." Jack apologized to George, bringing his hand for George to shake.

George shook Jack's outstretched hand; "Apology accepted and I can also help you in finding the perfect person for the job. I have some girls; you can just choose anyone you want and she can be your pretend girlfriend, easy peasy!"

Jack raised his eyebrow, "I won't date your knockoff."

"I won't let you, so don't think about it. The girls I am talking about, are girls on my dating app, I could set you up with one of these girls there. Don't worry, I have not done anything with them and I have nothing to do with them because I don't even know them." George responded sharply.

Jack let out a breath, "wow! thank you guys." Jack appreciated his friends.

Ben drained all the drink in his glass, "So since this conversation is concluded, can we have some fun tonight? who's with me?" He raised his hand.

George laughed and pointed to some girls sitting on the other side of the bar, let's go and meet those beautiful-looking babes over there.

When Ben saw them, he smiled. He pulled George from his chair and they went to meet the girls.

"Should we join them or not?" Alan asked Jack.

"The chicks are too many for only them to sample," Jack replied.

They drank their drinks and went to meet Ben and George. Already, George was making out with one of the girls there.

They partied all night.
