"W...What are you doing?" She faltered in shock. Her lips parted in shock when the cold tip of the brush caressed her stomach, leaving a wet sensation of the paint behind. She looked down still in shock, he was using brown color on her skin. She looked up at him and shook her head.
She was utterly confused.
Why was he doing this?
A gasp left her lips and she continued to shake her head. Too vulnerable to even struggle. She can't accept how weak she was at the moment. She bit her lower lip and turned her head to the left side, facing the pool, letting him paint whatever he wanted.
Her eyes grazed the surface of the pool, steam was rising from it and roses were floating on the pool everywhere, so that's why his scent is mixed with the scent of roses, she thought and kept staring at the pool.
She almost arched her back when she felt another cold line of brush caressing her skin, going in different directions and making her flinch, the move felt almost sensual. It was making her feel ticklish.
She stared at the pool for god knows how long, shivering. Her gaze was hazy as she absentmindedly gaped at the rose petals. All of a sudden he stopped making her finally turn her head and look at him. She looked up at him and found him staring at her stomach with a smirk on his face. She forced her head up and looked at her stomach. Her eyes slightly widened when she saw the painting. There were red flowers attached to the roots. Her eyes enlarged even more when she finally realized this was the same painting they did together for the very first time.
She stared at it for very long, not realizing tears had pooled up in her brims. At this stage, she didn't even care if tears fall. "Evandros." She whispered under her breath, just as she called him, he grabbed her jaw with his left hand, turning her face to the right side.
"Let me write my name...after all... it's mine." He whispered in her ear, she flinched when she felt the brush on her neck, coming towards her jaw. He was writing his name on her neck which ended on her jaw. She was too shocked to even utter a word.
He is crazy...he has gone crazy...just because of her. Not being able to control it anymore, she felt tears pouring out of her eyes and sliding to the right side, mingling with the water on the marbles.
She couldn't take the guilt anymore.
She parted her lips to say 'forgive me' but before she could even utter the word 'forgive' He started to unchain her wrists, and she felt the cold metal leaving her bruised wrists, he put her left hand on the marbles and kept holding her right hand. Still back reclining against the pillar, she turned her head to look at him, her sight blurry with tears.
She didn't know how to handle him anymore...bringing him back...
Is impossible.
He grabbed her right hand, she flinched when he poured the whole bottle of red paint on her hand, the paint traveled down her arms, staining her sleeves and arms like blood. He threw the bottle away and looked at her, bringing his face close to hers, he smirked...he smirked but his gaze was void...just like hers.
He rubbed his nose on hers.
"You are doing great...just like that...endure it." He said and drew back. With that, he put her hand on his chest. She gaped at him as he guided her hand down to his abs, painting his own body with her red hand.
She was petrified.
She couldn't read his actions at all.
He moved her hand over his chest and abs, she can feel his toned muscles beneath her palm, his skin was cold unlike hers which was currently on fire. He finally stopped but didn't let go of her hand, this time he put her hand on his left cheek. Slowly looking at her, the right side of his lips curved up.
"That is what I gave you." He said, pointing towards her stomach.
"And this is what you gave me." He said, now pointing towards himself. She stared at him blankly, so all this time, he was just painting their painful past.
She shook her head and snatched her hand away from his grip. She abruptly sat up and turned around, weakly trying to crawl away from him as tears poured out of her eyes like a cloud full of water finally raining...just as she moved a little away from him, a painful yelp left her lips when he grabbed her long locks in his hand and yanked her head back.
Her back slammed against his chest, still, in the same position, and she felt him behind her. He left her locks and grabbed her head instead. Her orbs shrank when he almost banged her head on the marble. Her head was held down by him, her back was arched and the position was awful. She gritted her teeth, her hands trembling. His front was almost attached to her hips and he was very much enjoying the position but he did nothing any further.
She wanted to use her magic on him but it won't work on him anyway. Even if it did he will break from it in no time...still, she decided to get away from this situation not caring about the consequences.
"S...Stop." She yelled at the top of her lungs and he stopped moving, building up some energy in herself, she removed his hand from her head, not even daring to turn around and look at his face. She already can feel his heated gaze on her back as she scooted away from him. She got on her wobbling legs and rushed towards the door, black dots started to appear in front of her eyes and she felt her head going extremely heavy, still not caring she continued to run towards the door.
She grabbed the knob and just as she was about to open the door, a pale hand clasped hers. She flinched when she felt his hot breath near her ear and his front on her back.
"Futile." He hissed.
She closed her eyes. His already frowned expression deepened when he felt her weight shifting on him, before she could fall he wrapped his arm around her, keeping her up from falling.
They stayed in the same position for a long while. He kept staring at the door with her still in his arm, his orbs throbbing and his hands shaking as he felt some foreign tears trickling down his cheeks. His lips quivered as his Adam's apple bobbed up and down.
"I...h-hate you."
"I...hate you."
"I hate you."
"Yes, I hate you."
