On the other side, General Killock had been silently watching the Vikal Kingdom army the entire time.

That was because before Count Zwein left, he had given instructions to General Killock.

General Killock had been leading the army to follow behind the Vikal Kingdom army the entire time. They had been so focused on chasing down Count Zwein's group that they never noticed General Killock's group.

But even when they reached this cave and General Killock had already surrounded the Vikal Kingdom army, they had never made a move.

That was because Count Zwein had given him the order to remain in place until he saw movement from inside of the cave.

So it was only when the ants started pouring out that General Killock started moving his men. However, he didn't let his men attack the Vikal Kingdom army right as the ants came out.

After following Count Zwein for some time now, he knew that none of his moves were simple.
