The club system is an important component of Witch Academy.

Dorothy remembered that her school in her past life also had various clubs, which were simply student groups formed by students with common interests or ideals.

However, in her previous life's country, a student's primary job was to study, and any other engagement was considered improper, so clubs weren't really emphasized. In fact, Dorothy didn't truly encounter them until she attended university.

Even then, when she finally joined an anime club, she hardly ever received any notifications for club activities in four years, feeling as though she had joined solitude itself.
