"Name?"

Witches always had a strong sense of time, so the candidates didn't have to wait too long. When the scheduled recruitment time arrived, the staff at the enrollment office were all in place and began receiving the candidates.

Dorothy queued up among the crowd, slowly moving forward and soon it was her turn.

The enrollment officer receiving her was a round-faced witch with glasses, who looked quiet and cute. She glanced at Dorothy's overly unrestrained Gothic makeup with a hint of a teacher's aversion to a badly dressed student, but ultimately she remained professional and said nothing more, simply proceeding with the process.

"Dorothy."

Dorothy gave her name.

"Age?"

"16"

"Major applied for?"

"Automated Mechanical Civil Engineering."

"Huh?"

The officer looked up in astonishment, her expression turning odd as she glanced at Dorothy.

"Are you sure?"

She asked for confirmation once again.

"Yes, I'm certain."

Dorothy nodded affirmatively.
