This rule was exploited by many players.
Some veteran players would use this to produce effects stronger than debuffs in special situations, and it is a must-learn for every player.
"Player Li Mo": That sword-wielding player is quite strong, seems to have the ability to turn special effects into actual damage, and to control other players' weapons. If Blue Star can successfully get through the Novice Period with a trial book, this player deserves more attention, probably a formidable opponent. (IP: Deep Sea Star)
"Player Li Taiping": I think the player using the Claw Knife isn't bad either, that attack looks very eye-catching, probably the result of a charged effect, but then the player didn't make any more moves.
Not sure if they didn't equip themselves with a set of skills and props that could make a combo.
If there's only one prop that can charge, no matter how powerful it is, it's not very useful.
