"Now that I have had the time to consider it, I find it rather peculiar that my husband is not well known in the human empire," Eve commented, her gaze fixed on the handsome prince. How could someone with such a face not be part of any rumors?

"I am but a simple vampire. Is there a necessity for everyone to be acquainted with me?" he inquired while arching his eyebrow.
