Kapitel 52: Not Appropriate

However, he has yet to select a bride, and for some unknown reason, the King has permitted this," Ophelia's words echoed in her mind as she gazed at the swirling steam in the bathroom.

Slowly, she started rubbing the rough washcloth against her skin as if she wanted to remove the memories that she had of him. 

The only reason why their King would agree for Lucius not to have his own courtship was because of something that Lucius has on him. Evelynn Rosetta helped him to obtain it so he could avoid the marriage that everyone wanted. 

The slow and rhythmic scrubbing slowly turned into a furious one as she thought of the past. Anger boiled within her, fueling her determination for revenge.
