Kapitel 46: Curiosity

As Marius informed them that they could leave for the day, Willow's voice sounded panicky as she exclaimed, "Did you see that? It was Trinity!"

The fighting that Marius had mentioned turned out to be more of a showcase of the thralls' abilities. Marius only made sure that they understood how powerless the humans were in front of a thrall.

Despite being hurt by the thralls, the injuries were not severe. A couple of bruises were nothing compared to the beatings they had endured while fighting against the mindless Spawn.

"I know," Eve replied, her expression serious.

"I thought she was dead?" Willow asked without hiding the surprise in her voice.

Eve said nothing. She also believed that Trinity was dead. It was apparent that they were both wrong.

Trinity was alive, but she had become a vampire.
