There was one more person inside the carriage, a girl who seemed to be around his age. She was quietly sitting on her seat and glancing out of her window, minding her own business.

'So she is the young miss of the Lin clan that I need to protect' Yang Chen thought. As he observed the girl he noticed something about her felt familiar but what was it?

"Hey do you have nothing else but to stare at me?" As if feeling his gaze, the girl turned around and spoke in disgust. Her eyes that landed on him, immediately widened and a flash of confusion flashed in them.

"Have I seen you before?" the girl asked the same question he had been thinking.

After pondering in his head for a while, he finally recalled where he had seen the girl. It was inside the bathhouse of the golden bed inn. He was indulging himself in the hot bath when this girl walked in on him.
