Max and Ash did not feel anything strange from the lone figure that was approaching.

Their overall body language did not suggest that they were purposefully coming toward them.

It just seemed like they were going to pass on by and continue on their way.

It was a regular occurrence that could happen at any time and the dark environment made their body a little more obscured.

Not everything could be seen clearly about them until they got so close that it was possible to see some things in greater detail.

It was not so easy for them to see everything until the last moment when that person in front of them began to show their true intentions.

That was what happened moments later after the distance had been closed.
