Kapitel 58: Part Truths

Ash briefly looked up and down the woman observing her for a moment when she had appeared but quickly lowered her head again once she made eye contact. "Um.. we spoke on the phone."

Upon hearing Ash speak up, the woman hesitated before stepping back. "Come in."

Ash took in a small breath before stepping through the open door where she was taken to the closest room on her left.

It had some children's toys scattered around near the back of the room and a small table and chair suitable for a small child.

The rest of the room was occupied by a large couch, a dinner table, shelves and a tv.

Ash entered the room where the woman was sitting and was invited to sit down so she followed along with the wishes of her.

The woman saw that Ash was not speaking up first so she was the one to start the conversation. "So can you tell me what has happened to Mitty?"
