Kapitel 56: Demon with a halo

"How long are we going to wait?"

Azazel walks up to Cid who was only now getting in contact with his demonic side. His skin was completely black, and his height increased significantly but the region around his left eye remained unchanged like a birthmark or a mask. While his right eye had become like his skin, his left eye was still as blue as ever.

He played with the fireballs in his hands that burned as hot as hell itself. The flames vanish when Azazel comes and he turns to face him.

"Is this how you feel all the time?" he asked in a quiet tone, "This feeling is intoxicating, why do you choose to imprison yourself in the half-breed's shell?"

Azazel leans against a tree and folds his arms. "Honestly... I'm just trying to keep it away from him,"

"You're afraid, Azazel? We're living gods, brother, they can't touch us,"
