Kapitel 244: Sandra vs. Paige

After a long night of making love, Louis and Alicia finally crashed out. The next day, Louis was woken up by his always-on cellphone, something only his close family knew about.

Careful not to wake Alicia, he muted the call, got into his PJs, and left the room. He went to another room in the house to take the call.

On the other end was Paige's voice, "I heard your dad was jabbed with a hairpin at a fish place. True or false?"

Looking out the window, Louis replied, his face serious, "How'd you know?"

"Don't think little of me, son. I've got friends all over. Like the boss of that place you guys ate at. Did you really think I wouldn't find out?"

Louis gave a slight smile, "I didn't want to bug you. Plus, you never really liked him."

"I might not like him, but I hate the thought of him having another woman. Who is she?"

Louis answered straight, "Chuck's mom."

Paige sounded angry now, "I'm on my way."
