50.78% World's Most Stunning Divorcee / Chapter 130: He Can't Let Go

Kapitel 130: He Can't Let Go

Alicia and Louis stepped outside, but she suddenly stopped.

Louis looked back, "What's up?"

Alicia stared at him calmly, "Louis, divorce is serious. Once it's done, it's done."

A slight frown appeared on Louis's face. He wanted to say something but stayed quiet.

Hiding her emotions, Alicia continued, "As we grow up, we need to accept that life has different parts. Happy times, sad times, childhood, adulthood. Our three-year marriage is just one part of our lives. Now that it's over, we need to move on."

Louis's heart sank. It felt like a freezing storm had hit his chest, spreading coldness.

He wouldn't be part of her next chapter. But he wanted to be with her forever, not just one part of her life.

After a moment, Louis tried to smile, "You're only twenty-three. Why do you sound so wise? People might think you're eighty-three."
