The introductory scene presented by the Moon Elf Lord is somewhat awkward and hard to move past, but thankfully, it is not totally unsalvageable. Luis tightened his ass and rose with a smile that bypassed the memories of shame that had just happened a minute ago. Xagrien backed it up with a perpetual dead expression, which totally worked. But as vengeful as Luis' male god was, he did not let this matter go without doing a man-to-man talk with Xerxes.
Luis almost jumped between two adult dragons, thinking they would raze the ground of Redhill territory with their dragon magics. But thankfully, Xerxes was open-minded enough to credit Xagrien's big temper to protective paternal instincts.
But seriously, Luis feared that he would see two assumed blood relatives making each other bleed over his tumbling over the ground.
