Kapitel 609: Where is my cut?

This press conference was not open to any other media house with the exception of NBTV the empire's state television. 

Chi Lian, for once was in agreement with other televisions and medias which were not allowed to cover the exclusive news stories she weaseled for herself. This was major news, they should all be allowed to eat a slice of that pie. All eyes would be on NBTV for as long as the press conference lasted. 

"At least your brother made it to the conference." T4 told her. 

Despite that small consolation, she had other other questions in mind as well like, why was the emperor calling it their empire's treasure? It was mixed in with treasures of other empires and kingdoms too. 

Most importantly, where was her cut? 

Because it was being held in the royal palace, the emperor had no qualms about exposing the mountains of gold coins, heaps of porcelain, jewelry, old weapons, scraps of clothing and most of what had been discovered.
