"Shit..." Lucien cursed under his breath, feeling a wave of embarrassment wash over him as he noticed the many pairs of eyes watching his clumsy stumble.
"Are you okay, kid?" Instructor Rodrigian cried out in concern.
"I'm fine, just a small slip," Lucien replied, trying to brush off the incident.
'Guess I'm not quite used to this newfound speed yet.' Lucien mused.
He picked up the wooden sword once again, but instead of launching himself at full speed, he began to circle around the training area while gradually increasing his pace, allowing his mind to adapt to his enhanced body.
"Is he adjusting..?" As an experienced knight who had spent years in war-torn zones, Instructor Rodrigian had a keen understanding of what Lucien was trying to do.
However, in the eyes of the spectators, Lucien's act of running in circles seemed utterly absurd.
"What's he doing?" Leonard couldn't help but notice the commotion Lucien was causing.
