Kapitel 90: LADY MORGAN APOLOGY

Magdalene was coming back from Lydia room after going to visit the servant girl who was beaten along with her. The girl was doing much better and they were no harm done except for few visible scars.

Magdalene had always wrapped her face in shawl because the marks on her face were still very visible.

It worried her most times as she doesn't even know what to do about it, most people would look at her in pity seeing her all wrapped up in long sleeves dress, gloves and a shawl. The Lord had been quite busy In the council as the petition against the queen still stand. She hardly saw him and when she did they only exchanged greetings.

Many at times she wanted to talk to him but it was made impossible. He hadn't requested anything from her yet . She's still living comfortably, but the servants were all wary of her. No one wanted to get in her had books afraid of what the Lord would do to them.
