Kapitel 41: Chapter 41- Rika – What Happened (VOLUME 1)

When I heard the scream from just outside of the auditorium, I knew that something had happened, that something was very wrong. The sound of the woman screaming made my blood run cold and my heart began to race.

I was fast, but not as fast as Luka, who had gotten out of the building ahead of me. Then again, he had the added benefit of moving through the shadows. Still, I was hot on his heels, with Westin right next to me.

It was also clear that Westin didn't want me to run toward this unknown danger. He was angry, and the worry and rage were pouring off of him in equal waves. Still, I wasn't going to let this go. This was a club, a meeting, that Reagan and I were a part of, and whatever was happening, we would be right there with it all.
