Kapitel 26: The answers.

The way the queen's eyes flash with fear when she stares at Severo has Micah holding her breath. She doesn't know why the queen hates her so much that she is so desperate to bring all the bad things to her. 

Severo stands between the queen and Micah with his chest puffed out, his voice cutting through the chilling silence that he has put in the space between them. "If you or any of your guards dare to lift a finger toward Micha, I don't think I would ever be able to control myself again." 

The warning is his words are clear and alarming, more like a threat. 

The queen fumes with anger, she is like a volcano thriving to erupt, her pale skin turning into a bright shade of red in a startling way. 

"You," She points an accusing finger at Severo, "What you did here is against the court rules. I won't let you escape that so easily." The Queen's voice quivers with an unmistakable outrage.
