Kapitel 100: A glimpse of the dreams - Part 1

Kieran stared at her for a few moments thoughtfully, astonished to find out that he had appeared in her dreams before. It came more as a surprise than a shock to him. His expression was unfathomable and Irene blinked at him blankly before she waved her hands at him.

"Hello, where are you lost?" 

Her actions brought him out of his stupor and he shook his head to clear his thoughts.

"Do you mind telling me about your dreams and about how you ended up as Duke Seymour's daughter?" Kieran's jaw ticked, his eyes stern and demanding.

Although he was giving her an option, Irene knew otherwise. He wanted her to tell him and Irene did not mind telling him either. She had her own problems to solve and only the King could help her.

"Well, of course. But before that, please put me down." Irene pleaded with him and Kieran gave her a look which clearly denied her.

"Please." She gave him her puppy eyes and the man's firm heart melted immediately.
