Kapitel 79: Rewards

The eight boys were jubilant to have met their Queen. She was the sun, especially in their King's life and on the day she died, they lost the light too. After her demise, the world turned darker than their souls. 

However, now that she was back, everything slowly returned to normal. Their King was happy again and the eight boys had nothing gratitude towards the lady who had time and again saved them, sacrificing herself without hesitating.

Meanwhile, Irene continued exploring the streets, unable to understand what was happening. Although Micah clarified why he followed her, she was still uneasy. She did not mind being watched. She already had three people babysitting her from her father's side. 

It was the man who sent Micah to protect her. He made her unsettled and she could not help but ponder over it. 'Why did the King send this boy to follow me? Is he keeping an eye on me this way?'
