Kapitel 76: A Threat and A Warning

He recalled the spikes shooting out of the spear forcing him to heave out so much blood. It had him this time. How was he going to survive this?

Suddenly, the dark scenery shifted and the demon as well as everyone else disappeared. And when his vision was cleared, the orange hue of the sun brightly sparked in his eyes. He gasped for air and searched his abdomen for any injuries; there was nothing.

'I almost thought I was de—'

He paused his pointless thinking when he noticed a clear water body as large as the sea in front of him, the waves sweeping back and forth touching his bare feet and sending a cold electrifying sensation up his spine. His green eyes sparkled as he searched around him—there was no sign of life here, but the air was calm and filled with energy. Wasn't he fighting a demon seconds ago?
