The sound of fireworks and firecrackers alternated incessantly. The entire outer district became a festival area holding more than fifty thousand people. Even outsiders and ordinary villagers were allowed to attend the festival.

The outer disciples had performed many shows to thrill the audience. Some came to the festival with the only goal being the products of Sub-branch Seven that would be sold at a lower price than in the general market due to the absence of intermediary merchants.

There were hundreds of runic weapons that were made by the disciples and elders of the Runology Department and even some beast cores, even though they were mostly blue-stage beast cores. Every beast core sold in the Institute must clearly state its origin, whether the type of beast, its gender, size, or rough weight, so the buyers could use the cores to the fullest extent.
