Note: This is one of my first fanfictions. English is my second language and I'm still learning it, so don't expect the most impeccable writing from me. I had this idea for a while and I wanted to bring it to life, so I started writing. I appreciate any helpful feedback. (A/N: Ethan's POV)
Ethan was brooding on the way back to Capsule Corporation, everything seemed to be going off the rails. First Gina and not Goku, then the death of Grandpa Gohan, as well as the development of the Red Ribbon Androids. If they have advanced so much, what has changed? After all, the timeline has changed a lot. He was still trapped in his thoughts.
"Ethan! Why are you making a sour face, and you've been like this since we were heading out until now. You're not acting normal. What's wrong?" Gina asked seriously while still flying and hugging Ethan.
Taking a deep breath to relax a bit, Ethan replied, "More problems, although I believe we'll be strong enough to defeat them. I'll ask Bulma if she knows the location of his base. And I'll go there as fast as I can to finish them off. It's better not to leave any loose ends!" Ethan said, thinking about Gero's talking head.
["He was considering that, even though he was an android, he still didn't have the same strength he would have in the future. But he already has technology to keep himself alive. He probably has a supercomputer similar to the one he used to create Cell. This could be much more problematic than it should be."] Ethan thought, clearly still dwelling on his own mistakes, as every action has a reaction.
"Ethan," Gina said softly, to snap Ethan out of his thoughts.
"Yes, I promise to tell you when we get there," Ethan said, and he remained silent for another 5 minutes of constant flight in comfortable silence. Even though Gina took the chance to rest her head on Ethan's neck.

Whoosh!
ZUUUM!
Gently landing and letting Gina touch the ground with her little feet. She already seemed much better, having overcome her emotional burdens. Ethan knew that Gina had a deeper emotional attachment to Grandpa Gohan since Ethan now possesses many memories he acquired from Mr. Popo and Master Roshi and his memories from another life. So he already had another family, but for Gina, he is her only grandfather. It must have been very difficult for her.
They both entered Capsule Corporation and headed straight to the living room, where everyone should be. Soon, they were all lounging on sofas or doing other things, and Ethan interrupted the moment of rest for everyone.
"We need to talk! Something has happened, and it was really troublesome," Ethan said, bringing a silence to the chaotic room.
"When I went to the Red Ribbon secret base, the entire mission went smoothly, but unfortunately, Dr. Gero had apparently made moves before we got there. In other words, Gero has seemingly relocated his laboratory to another place, and unfortunately, I have no idea where it is," Ethan continued, still thinking about Cell.
"It seems he's gathering information about us and our training. He's even attempting to collect genetic material to create a super Bio-android. Well, probably to kill us. So we need to find the base before this super android can appear," Ethan concluded his speech to everyone. But it seems that after they fought against ordinary people, they thought they were already super beings. Ethan cast a slightly sad glance at everyone.
Taking a deep breath.*
Phew*
"I just need to find this; it could really become problematic. You may forget, but Gina and I fought in a form close to SSJ4, and the robot collected the information. Now they're genetically engineering our bodies to create a being based on that power to surpass us," Ethan said, a bit upset.
"The old laboratory of Dr. Gero, from what I read in a magazine last time, is in the mountain to the north. I'll send you the location to your cellphone," Bulma said, tapping her finger on her lips.
"Okay, I'll go there and finish this. Then we can finally rest and maybe gather the Dragon Balls to make some wishes," Ethan said, smiling a little happily.
Ethan quickly made his way to the exit without eating or saying anything else, his turbulent thoughts still running wild.
**
(A/N: Transition, short dialogues between the girls.)
"Don't you think you were too apathetic towards Ethan?" Bulma said to the girls.
"Well, they're not wrong. These guys are weak. I don't know why he's making such a fuss. What could possibly happen to him? It's not like he's going to get hurt, right?" Fasha said, clearly showing no interest in these weak beings.
"Still, Ethan was taking it all very seriously. Maybe he knew something he didn't tell us and was very worried," Chi-Chi said, quickly considering the implications.
"We'll know soon. If it's a problem, we'll see Ethan coming back with the same serious face he had. If not, he'll be back to normal," Gina said, still thinking about his expression.
"I don't think it should be too problematic since he went alone. So if he didn't take anyone with him, it shouldn't be a problem after all," Fasha continued, chewing and drinking her food while watching TV.
"True, it must be that. Otherwise, he would have taken us to help," Tights said, still undecided about the corrections in her book.
"Well, well, too bad I didn't hear anything. I brought these snacks for you all. And too bad Ethan didn't stay to eat. I made his favorite pie," Panchy said, just coming from the kitchen with some snacks.
"Well, since you're not worrying, I guess it's fine. I'm going to eat; I'm starving. But first, I'll take a shower," Gina said, with her hand behind her head, ready for a bath.
Bulma just shrugged but made sure to keep Ethan's microphone on high so she could record whatever was happening with him.
**
(A/N: Return to Ethan's POV)
Ethan continued his flight towards Gero's base. With the location on his cellphone, it was easier to find, and it was the same mountain base that appeared in the series.
Ethan quickly formed a ki blade to cut through the gate.
Whoosh!
Zap!
Thus, he began slicing through to pass the door. Once inside, he noticed it was pitch dark, with scattered computers and humanoid-shaped capsules. Clearly, they were androids, but without any numbering, which meant they hadn't been fully developed yet. Ethan continued walking through the room, searching for the supercomputer, recalling that it was in the underground level. Looking for an entrance, he found a staircase where everything was beeping.
Tank* Tank* Tank* Tank!
Descending the staircase, one could hear noises, and a Supercomputer came into view, beeping and producing sounds from all sides. Fortunately or unfortunately, there was only one supercomputer with a screen.
Zirk Zip Zirk Zip Zirk Zip!*
Noticing the beeping screen, forming a face similar to Armin Zola from the Avengers, but instead, it's Dr. Gero who appears.
"Well, look what we have here. It's none other than the great and powerful warrior, Ethan!" Gero said with a sarcastic smile.
"You lose!" Dr. Gero exclaimed with a victorious smile!
Immediately, Ethan transforms into Super Saiyan Red and activates the Ikari mode, increasing his ki to the maximum, creating a shield!
In the next moment, a blinding white light shines so intensely that its brightness can be seen from space, and the energy behind the light is so intense that it's possible to see through Ethan's body.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMM!*
In one second, light; in another, darkness!
And a Ki has just vanished...
