"What?!!!" Xiao Li almost screamed out of surprise. "Huahua what were you thinking?"
"I'm sorry, we were both drunk." Cheng Hua said innocently.
"Okay I get it." Xiao Li sighed. "But unfortunately, he doesn't like you so what are we going to do about it?"
"We are not doing anything, I dont like him anymore, he should go to hell for I care."
"You know you still like him, just give him sometime, he will come around."
"No he won't, he has made it obvious that he won't so I won't also waste my time on him. I am done with him." Cheng Hua said with folded arms.
"Okay, if you say so." Xiao Li opened her bag and brought out her phone when she got a phone call.
"Hello Shuchang?"
"Mm okay, I'll be there right now." Xiao Li said and got up. "Huahua, I'll have to go now, Shuchang wants my help with something, I'll come back later."
"Okay."
Xiao Li smiled then left the ward.
During evening, Wang Lei came in to check up on Cheng Hua.
"What are you doing here, you could have just asked one of the nurses to attend to me." Cheng Hua who was on her phone said when she saw Wang Lei.
"Du Lixin asked me to attend to you personally." Wang Lei said and poured some water into a glass then gave it to Cheng Hua.
"Take it, it's time for your evening medications."
"You can go, I'll take it on my own." Cheng Hua said, facing the other side.
"Tsk, why are you acting stubborn, I'm a doctor and I need to make sure that my patient is doing well and taking their medications."
Wang Lei picked the drug from the table and have it to her.
Cheng Hua took the glass and the drug from him then swallowed it without even glancing it at him.
"I swallowed it so you can go now."
Wang Lei exhaled then got up and left the ward.
