Kapitel 29: Victor's threat

Just after reaching the hotel room, Max received a call from an unknown number. After Max picked it up, he heard a familiar voice .

" Good afternoon Detective Max. Remember my voice ? It's me, Aina."

A woman's seductive voice came from the mobile phone.

" It's you ! Why are you calling me now? "

Max also recognized her voice as the imposter Aina he met at Jennifer's house back then.

" It seems that you haven't watched the news yet. Why don't you switch on the television? "

Hearing the teasing voice coming from the other end, Max had a bad premonition and hurriedly switched on the television.
