Kapitel 62: The real motive

Max began his search in the office room. He carefully examined everything in the room, looking for any signs of hidden compartments or secret doors. He searched the desks, the chairs, and even the ceiling tiles. However, he found nothing out of the ordinary.

Next, Max turned his attention to the wardrobes in the room. He opened them one by one and carefully examined the contents. He looked behind the documents, in the corners, and under the shelves, but he found nothing. 

Max then turned his attention to the walls. He knocked on every inch of the walls, listening for any hollow sounds that might indicate the presence of a hidden room. However, all he heard was the sound of solid walls.
